Between Stockholm and Helsinki, a few days away from it all… and a renewed sense of conviction.

This year, the Talentor Global Summit 2026 took place on board a cruise ship on the Baltic Sea. An unexpected setting, but one that was ideal for what makes our network so strong: taking the time to really get to know one another.
Over the course of these few days, the OPERA INTERNATIONAL team met with recruitment and executive search experts from 25 countries. On the agenda: the expectations of candidates and companies, the impact of AI on our professions, pressures in certain talent markets, and plenty of practical insights.

What have we learnt? That our clients increasingly need to recruit across borders, and that an international network is only valuable if it is built on trust between its members. This trust is forged in workshops, but also over dinner, on the deck overlooking the sea.
We’re returning to Paris with fresh ideas, strengthened bonds and undiminished energy to support our clients, both in France and internationally.
